Please review our Terms carefully before using PanManager AI automation services.

Introduction: PanManager AI is an independent automation tool to assist users in filling online forms on publicly accessible platforms. It is not affiliated with NSDL, Protean eGov Technologies, Income Tax Department, or any Government authority.

Independent Service: The tool automates user-authorized actions (form filling, navigation, data entry) and does not alter, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or bypass any Government system or portal.

User Responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for (a) accuracy of submitted information, (b) lawful access to portals they interact with, (c) avoiding fraudulent/unauthorized activities, and (d) safeguarding their own login credentials.

What The Tool Does NOT Do: No hacking, security bypass, CAPTCHA-breaking, or unauthorized system access; no database extraction from Government portals; no modification of official records.

Liability: PanManager AI provides automation support only. Decisions on PAN applications, approvals, rejections, or account restrictions rest solely with the respective Government authorities.

Agreement: By using PanManager AI, you acknowledge that you operate the tool voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your actions and data.

Authorized usage

Use only valid NSDL PAAM logins that belong to you or your organization. You are responsible for complying with NSDL and government portal rules.

Data accuracy

Ensure client data, identity details, and document uploads are correct. PanManager AI is not liable for rejections caused by inaccurate submissions.

Security and access

Keep your credentials and OTP flows secure. Do not share passwords publicly. Role-based access is recommended for admins, branches, and agents.

Prohibited actions

No automated CAPTCHA solving, scraping, or misuse of third-party portals. Activities that violate laws or portal terms can lead to suspension.

Billing model

First 50 PAN requests are free. Afterwards, charges apply only on successful applications. Pricing may change with prior notice on your registered email.

Logs and compliance

We maintain activity logs to help with audit, support, and security reviews. Do not submit sensitive data beyond what is required for PAN processing.
