No. PanManager AI is owned and developed by Sanjana Digital Service as an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NSDL, Protean, Income Tax Department, or any other government authority. The tool only helps you manage your internal PAN-related workflows using your own authorised credentials.

No. CAPTCHA solving and OTP entry are always done by your authorised user. PanManager AI only guides the workflow (e.g., sending OTP request, capturing status) but your operator chooses whether OTP goes to mobile or email and manually enters the CAPTCHA/OTP on the portal screen.

Yes. PanManager AI is designed as a closed, controlled system for your organisation. Access can be role-based (admin, branch, agent, etc.), and every major action can be logged against a user and referenceID. You have full control over who can view, edit, download or export any PAN-related data inside your account.
